Seasonal Moorage Program

A program specially designed for our summer boaters to offer maximum flexibility and convenience. 

From October 1 to April 30: $18/month*

From May 1 to September 30: Standard moorage rate

*slip is unavailable for use November through March. 

October and April moorage is just $18 regardless of when you move in or move out! Our highly competitive standard rates apply from May 1 through September 30th, and you can still take advantage of any discounts (e.g. second slip, yacht club discount etc.). 

Benefits:

• Full access to your slip for all of April and October for only $18.00.  This enables you to move in whenever you like in the Spring and move out when convenient in the fall.  
• Keep your preferred slip.  You are reserving the slip year-round.  This gives you first pick of our available slips of that type.
• Maximum Convenience.  No need to vacate or sign a new lease each season. 
• Flexibility. The lease is month-to-month and can be terminated at the end of any month.
• Savings.  April and October moorage costs you practically nothing, which creates large savings versus our standard rates or that of any competitor.   
• Take advantage of all Specials.  You can still benefit from our specials such as 2^nd slip discount or the 10% savings we offer to members of Portland-area yacht clubs etc. 

Drawbacks:

• Not suitable for year-round boaters 
• You are charged a nominal amount of $18.00 for winter months in which you won’t have access to your boat slip.
